Happy GALentine's Day!

Valentine's Day is right around the corner, and my first ever Valentine's Day Stamp Camp is coming up this Friday! I'm so excited for my first stamp camp of the year. I can't wait to show you the rest of the cards we'll have made. I will be posting them after class! This is just a sneak peak. 😉

While it's fun to give your significant other a card and maybe a small gift for Valentine's Day, I also love celebrating friendships around this time of year. Valentine's Day is for celebrating everyone you love, so why not send a card to a friend??? 

This card was made using products from the All My Love Suite which is in the new Occasions Catalog and my NEW Stamparatus! I'm so happy I finally got one! 


The flowers and foliage in this card are so much easier to stamp using the Stamparatus. Being able to have everything aligned so you know you will have a perfect product every time is simply amazing- especially for a perfectionist like me!

Here is a picture of the Stamparatus in action. It was so easy to use. First, I cut my paper and placed it in the corner of the Stamparatus. I made sure the paper was secure by putting the magnets on top of it to hold it to the tool while I stamped. Then, I placed the flower stamp on the paper where I knew I wanted it and folded the plate down so the stamp stuck to it. Then I inked up the stamp with my Flirty Flamingo ink pad and stamped the flowers onto my white paper. I did the same for the foliage stamp. The color used for the foliage was Granny Apple Green. Now my Stamparatus is all set up for everybody to use at Stamp Camp! All they will have to do is ink it up and stamp! So simple!


I finished this card off with the All My Love DSP, elements of the Lovely Flowers Edgelits Dies, and some basic pearls.

Forever Lovely Birthday

I know a lot of people who have February birthdays, so be prepared for lots of fun birthday cards over the next month! This is just the first of many! Enjoy Life

Today I'm going to tell you about the new set Enjoy Life. I first heard about this set at OnStage Milwaukee, and I fell in love with the set and the story behind it immediately. The person who designed this set is from my home state, Wisconsin. At OnStage, she shared the story behind this set and how it came to be. It resonated with me, and I realized that stamping has always been more than just paper and glue. It creates connections between people. It is therapy. It commemorates good times and bad. This set was designed by Connie Fitzgerald and represents both of her incredible children. Through her speech, I could feel her passion towards creativity and her love for not just stamping but for people and for life. She is truly inspirational, and I hope I give Enjoy Life the justice it deserves. Here is what I created using Enjoy Life.
